 The Vulnerability Senior Analyst will provide input to the Enterprise Vulnerability Management (EVM) strategic direction and to have a focused leadership role on one or more EVM tools.    This role is responsible for implementing and managing enterprise vulnerability tools and processes to reduce technical risks due to vulnerabilities. This includes identifying and evaluating vulnerabilities and remediation activities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Provide input to the development and implementation of Enterprise Vulnerability Management strategy and processes. This includes penetration testing strategy.
Ownership of critical EVM vulnerability scanning applications such as tools to scan/evaluate applications, cloud and container infrastructures; infrastructure, operational technology and other devices on the network.
Interpretation, prioritization, and communication of scanning results to key business partners
Execution of emergency (e.g. zero day) vulnerability management process including research, coordination of response, and escalation/communication to senior leadership
Primary IT and Business contact for vulnerability related questions, concerns, and support
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree required - Computer Science, CIS, MIS preferred
6-10 years of previous information security including at least 3 years of vulnerability management experience
Prior experience with vulnerability management tools
Strong relationship management skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage and develop people directly and indirectly
Results-oriented, high energy, self-motivated
Comfort with informing, influencing, and presenting to senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous IT project management experience – Preferred
Self-starter with ability to drive an item from concept to full implementation with minimal guidance
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks on tight deadlines
Ability to conduct thorough analysis and recommend data driven actions
Focused curiosity and drive to independently push through ambiguity to obtain results
Strong oral & written communication, listening and presentation skills.
